Clean, modern and in the heart of the capital of Lithuania! Excellent customer service at the desk. Nice view through the window. Bright bathroom to do make up Decent double size bed, though there were two small single duvets instead one big double duvet, personally I really dislike that in some hotels, it should be optional. Could be better wider selection of tv channels as for hotel in Vilnius.

We truly enjoyed staying in the congress hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and polite although we were staying with our wild one year old toddler.
Thanks to booking a junior suite we had so much space and a big balcony. The view over Vilnius was incredible and we could even watch the city out of bed.
The breakfast had a big variety of Lithuanian and international food. The quality was great and everything was super tasty.

The location of the hotel is perfect, too. You can just walk to the old Town and other sight seeing spots. Still the hotel offers parking possibilities.
If we ever visit Vilnius again we will stay at the congress hotel for sure!

A very nice hotel with great and helpful staff always ready to help. The room was large and clean.Breakfast generaous and of good quality. The parking was just behind the hotel and to get there you have to pass through rusty gates and cover 50 metres of bumpy road. General remark: the facades for tourists in Vilnius are good but once you get in the courtyards you have a different picture.

This hotel is on the edge of the old town. The building is old but the rooms are modern and very comfortable. They have a nice breakfast buffet with a good variety of items. The staff is very friendly.

We stayed for 2 separate nights at the Congress and everything was good, room, breakfast, wifi connection. The first night we stayed in a junior suite and at the end of our holiday we stayed in a double room. Both were excellent

Close to downtown attractions and good service from the staff. Room is clean and the bed is comfortable. Quiet and safe neighborhood. We did not try the restaurant or breakfast at the hotel. It seems there are lots of choices of local cuisine in the area within walking distance.

Very efficient and friendly staff, hotel perfectly situated between old town and new, easy to locate near the river. Enjoyed the food, we had an ideal room with a view of the castle would not hesitate to recommend.

We absolutely LOVED this hotel!! The staff are brilliant!! The rooms are fantastic and the food delicious !! We will 100% be back again!! We treated ourselves to the presidential suite as it was our last night on the last leg of our holiday.. soooo worth it!! Would do it all over again!!

During my stay in Vilnius, I received a parking ticket written in Lithuanian, which upset me a lot. I approached Emilia, the receptionist, who gladly translated it into English and advised me the address of the police station. She reassured me that it was not a big issue, and instructed the hotel porter to call the police station to find out their working hours. They really went the extra mile to make sure guests are satisfied and I must commend their efforts. By the way, the buffet breakfast was sumptuous with a great selection of cold and hot dishes!
